**Role Overview**:
As a Case Manager, you'll be the catalyst for positive change, fostering growth and progress in participants' lives. This role plays a crucial part in providing coaching, direction, and support to the wider team, ensuring participants live with dignity and autonomy within their communities. Your responsibilities include managing a team of administrators and support workers, making you the linchpin between strategic design and operational delivery. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction to maintain high-quality services and support, promoting dignity and autonomy.
- Lead and manage a team of administrators and support workers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with service facilitators to ensure individual plans and service design meet quality standards.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Facilitate networks to support participants' self-determination and service direction.
- Contribute to internal and external reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage relationships with external organizations, linking resources to participants.
- Share knowledge and provide training to enhance team skills.
- Drive strategy and plans for excellent participant support, promoting growth.
- Ensure participants' support options are explored, and referrals are acted upon.
- Maintain personnel records, manage hiring processes, and support compliance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Cert III in Disability Support, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience in Support Work and/or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
