**About the role at Zoom**

We are seeking a talented individual Zoom CX - Sales Specialist, ANZ with a deep specialized experience in Customer Experience (CCaaS) sales, understanding of the industry and CX market, and has the ability to partner with direct sales account executives to work with Zoom customers to help them transform the customer experience they deliver to their customers. The primary goal is to partner with sales Account Executives and help our customers adopt the value of the Zoom Customer Experience capabilities.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Lead Qualification - Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
