**The Role: Storeperson, Compounding**
A great opportunity has become available for a** Storeperson **to join our Compounding Team in a **F**ull-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term **opportunity based on site at our **Kurralta Park** **site.
You will be responsible for (ST/OT orders) and receipt (OP and ST/OT orders) of materials into the pharmacy to meet internal and external customer requirements.
You will be working alongside an experienced team with an opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
**Shift Hours**:
**Monday to Friday**:7:30 am-15:06 pm with flexibility for overtime when required
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Complies with mandatory GMP/GDP/EHS
- Complies with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements
- Maintaining inventory/stock
- Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
- Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
- Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
- Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Implementation of lean in store area
- Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
- Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
**Other pharmacy duties as required**
- Re-filling shelves ensuring stock rotation
- End of the month stocktake
- Other duties may include picking of materials and ancillaries to assist production
- Supervising and prioritising work for picking assistants as required by daily production needs
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Technician level (for internals)
