Janitor/gardener

We need you to provide gardening, cleaning & maintenance services. If this sounds like you, please read on.Some experience in gardening/ horticulture & a sound knowledge of local plants, local pest control, synthetic & natural fertilizers would be great (if possible). **The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Undertake basic administrative duties and support to assist the Facilities team.
- Assist Facilities team with the planning and monitoring of repairs and maintenance to buildings, grounds, equipment and resources.
- Carry out minor repairs, maintenance and cleaning to facilities, grounds, equipment, machinery and vehicles.
- Clean outdoor furniture, position recycling bins for collection and general removal of rubbish items around the grounds.
- Undertake mowing, edging, trimming plants and trees and hedging to a high standard of presentation. Laundering of bed linen may also be required.
