- Develop professional relationships across all levels to maximize opportunities.
- Manage communication channels to ensure clarity on project progress.
- Liaise with various Government Departments to obtain relevant approvals.
- Select consultants/experts for project-specific needs and manage their output and quality.
- Actively participate in industry forums to elevate the company's profile.
- Secure options, leases, and site-specific permits.
- Identify and initiate suitable project sites.
- Provide regular project status reports internally and as required by clients.
- Negotiate land leases and acquisitions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project development, particularly in land agreements and environmental/planning due diligence.
- Knowledge of town planning and the development approval process at state and council levels.
- Successful track record in negotiating land leases, acquisitions, and permits.
- Experience in managing project budgets and schedules.

**Desirables**:

- Membership in relevant professional bodies or associations.
- Additional certifications in environmental assessments or project management.

**Competencies**:

- Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management - Creation and management of project programs and budgets.
- Communication Skills - Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

**Salary**: $90k-$110k/year + super
