Barista

Seeking skilled and experienced **Baristas** to join our team at **Basq**, the newest eatery in Essendon Fields opening in early April

With multiple positions available, reliability is essential as these positions will require flexibility and availability for week day & weekend work as well as a combination of morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas and equipment.
- Greet customers with a smile and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to food handling protocols.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a barista.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Knowledge of espresso machine operation, coffee and tea preparation, and general barista skills.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
