- Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday

As a Lead Product Owner, you are responsible for shaping the Product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders. Leading a team of Product Owners, you will ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products that align with the organisation goals including Autonomous haulage technologies in decarbonised mining operations. You will establish and continually evaluate and improve Product Owners ways of working, encouraging the development of a performant, efficient and sustainable team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the leading voice representing the Product Owner group, coordinate prioritisation and effort on work packages, in alignment with the Strategic Product Roadmap.
- Communicate a clear vision of the Product Roadmap and its alignment with business milestones.
- Act as a point of contact and escalation for Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Own the workflows between Product Definition and handover to Design / Architecture
- Measuring the performance of, and continuous improvement of the Product Owner processes.
- Managing Product Owners, acting as a point of escalation and facilitation for your team when issues cannot be solved individually.
- Engage Customers for Product feedback.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Owner or a similar role.
- A minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a mining sector.
- Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience in product development.
- Proficiency in using tools for requirements management and collaboration.
- Experience leading and supporting successful projects.
