**The role**:

- Piano Teacher (Tutor)
- Casual
- $87.36/hr
- Start ASAP
- Teaches extra-curricular (private tuition) piano at a beginner to advanced level
- Establishes and maintains safe and supportive learning environments for students
- Liaises with other members of the Music department as needed
- Highly proficient skills in piano
- Demonstrated experience in teaching piano to young learners
- Working knowledge of the AMEB syllabus (including preparing students for AMEB exams)
- Able to teach advanced students with high-level musical/technical abilities
- Experience in a school setting highly regarded (but not essential)
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly, energetic, and a good verbal communicator
- Keen to be part of our school community
- Willing and able to hold a valid Working With Children Check
