We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our Radiation Oncology clinic based in Southport, assisting patients in the booking of treatments and consultations.

More specifically, you will:
Tasked with implementing the consult, planning and treatment booking workflow for our patients in QLD, in line with current practice. This role is a crucial link between patients and clinical staff. Working as part of the broader Oncology team, this position will require a flexible and motivated individual, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

We're interested in hearing from people who:
- Strong experience in medical administration and bookings- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with and effectively influence staff and patients- Demonstrated understanding of and alignment with the organisation’s values-
- A collaborative approach to delivering exceptional patient centred services in a multidisciplinary environment- Willingness and ability to proactively implement continuous improvement and change initiatives- Demonstrated ability to effectively and collaboratively solve problems as they arise- Flexibility to move around Southport and Tugun to support each of our sites
