This role is in Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) working directly with the CommSec brand and business working as a trusted partner to deliver customer and business value.

This role reports to the Chapter Lead, Brand Strategy (Executive Manager).

**Responsibilities**

As Brand and Campaign Manager, this role will work closely with key internal stakeholders (especially Product, Digital & Customer Experience, Strategy, Marketing), our Agency partners and Group Marketing to educate and engage our teams on our brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, and deliver insightful, category-leading acquisition campaigns driving consideration and new customers to our business.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- You will manage and implement marketing strategies, to drive customer acquisition across the CommSec product portfolio.
- You will identify and leverage insights to develop effective briefs and work with internal and external creative agencies to deliver initiatives in accordance to project timelines and allocated budget.
- You will stay across competitor activity within the market and changing consumer behavioural trends.
- You will work closely with key stakeholders including Compliance, Digital, Product, PR and Performance Media to design, develop and execute end to end marketing campaigns that deliver on agreed marketing objectives. This includes delivering Post Implementation Reviews (PIR’s) for all marketing campaigns.
- You will partner with our internal media team (Search and Programmatic), internal digital team (web and app) as well as media agency partners to deliver digital first, market leading campaigns underpinned by a robust test and learn methodology and where possible, real time reporting.
- You will be able to work confidently across a range of marketing channels (digital, broadcast and other ATL channels), stay across media trends and insights and Bank owned assets.
- You will successfully embed CommSec’s refreshed brand identity across internal and external touchpoints, including managing the Brand Toolkit.
- You will have a growth mindset, being open to change and open to helping out with initiatives across the wider Marketing team.

**Your skills and qualifications**
- A passion for brands and expertise in guiding brands to life across many touchpoints.
- Strong commercial acumen, results focus and business partnering skills
- Digital marketing skills with a focus on, acquisition strategies and optimization
- Highly developed project management, analytical, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Brand expertise, in particular, an understanding brand management
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create win-win outcomes and have a positive can-do attitude.
- You have the ability to be flexible and pivot where priorities require.
