Exciting news, though—soon, we'll be relocating to a beautiful, purpose-built site in Alexandria.

Your primary mission will involve preparing and cutting fruits and other garnishes, essential ingredients for our acclaimed cakes. While the work may have some repetitive aspects, it's perfect for someone who values quality and pays attention to detail.

Our Story:
Black Star Pastry opened its first boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008, and since then, we've become an institution with four stores in Sydney and two in Melbourne.

We're best known for our Strawberry Watermelon Cake, which has become a social media sensation, even earning a nod from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake."
