**THE ROLE**

The role of the Security Team Manager is to safeguard all CCEP’s assets, support the State Security Manager and assist in the management and leadership of the State Security Team. The key areas of responsibility are to manage site security and asset protection, respond to emergencies and security incidents and assist in investigative activities. The role requires an ability to deliver results within set time frames, ability to adapt and sustain multiple priorities and demanding workloads, as well as having strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong attention to detail.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Assist in leading, planning and managing the ongoing security operations, risk assessments and site audits across CCEP facilities
- Assist in the management, review and audit of existing security technology systems, physical sites and related policies and procedures to identify issues and improvement opportunities,
- Respond to and effectively manage emergency situations and security incidents within the areas of responsibility and assist investigations where necessary.
- Assist in leading, developing and managing the state security team to be a high-performance team.
- Manage and develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the security profile and service offering within CCEP.
- Assist with delivering regular training and awareness programs in the State to increase awareness of security and fraud risks.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of CCEP local and national asset protection strategies.
- Provide accurate reporting and documentation and abide by effective information management practices.
- Be available when nominated to be the after-hours contact for security related matters.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A current Security Licence, issued under the relevant state government.
- A current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
- Certificate II and III in Security Operations.
- Proficient in English to the Advanced level.
- Knowledge and understanding of security and asset protection processes, with at least 5 years of experience in the private sector or a government agency.
- Knowledge of, and experience within a large FMCG, or similar environment across both Distribution Centres, Sales Offices and Corporate Head Offices, including knowledge of facility security and fraud risks.
- The ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and to think laterally, operationally, and strategically to problem solve and determine potential solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
