We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands on Building Services Officer to join us at Animal Logic The Building Services department maintains our company's built environment, ensuring that we have the most suitable and efficient working environment for our employees and their activities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be able to work independently, be a hands-on, task-orientated person capable of physically demanding work and be flexible regarding working hours.

**Areas of responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with internal relocations
- Monitoring helpdesk tickets
- Contractor management
- Periodic site inspections
- Routine maintenance tasks

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Trade background and/or prior experience in Facilities roles
- Sound understanding of mechanical systems
- Good hands-on skills
- Great communication with management, staff and contractors
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Great attention to detail
- WHS knowledge/experience
- Current driver's licence
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
