Dynata Australia is looking for a Digital Media Buyer to manage digital acquisition for key markets in Asia Pacific - and to help us scale and diversify our online and mobile consumer panels.
You will be responsible for end-to-end digital lead generation/media buying activities across key APAC markets, to meet various KPI’s set by the business.
You will be responsible for prospecting new partner relationships while managing the performance and optimization of multiple digital media campaigns with a set budget and being proactive in testing new advertising marketing trends to advance our product to be unique and diverse. Products include a mobile app and responsively designed websites, per country - of which you would recruit.
**Responsibilities**
- **Respond to campaign performance** reports and execute on the analysis to ensure positive ROI. This includes negotiating performance-based media buys with perspective partners.
- Actively **research and on-onboard new media suppliers**, by building a portfolio of performance-based recruitment source. This includes the negotiation of payout and engagement terms.
- Coordinate the media planning process to **analyse joint cohorts and recruitment sources** to bring in diversity that can be defined to the business in panel representativity.
- Establish a **rapport** with our affiliate partners network to **negotiate** costs, out-of-the box thinking to achieve advertising space at the right price.
- **Creativity** to bring in new ideas and interpretations to define content goals to maximise ad exposure and targeted audiences.
- **Tailor Programmatic, Google and social media advertising strategies** to drive targeted tactics through paid search and re-targeting to increase our capacity.
**Ideally you will have**:
- At least 2 years of experience in media buying
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Campaigns
- Negotiation and account management experience
- Expertise of affiliate tracking software such as TUNE, Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills; proven experience analysing large data sets
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement tactics
- Competence to multitask and manage time effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to adapt and stay on top of trends within the digital space.
- Market Research background a plus
