**About you**
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous Room Leader experience within Early Childhood
- Practical knowledge of National Quality Standards
- Passion and commitment to delivering high quality early childhood education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current First Aid Certificate; including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check
