**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualisation platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor IT teams.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing IT projects and initiatives.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Pay: $119,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year
