About the role

We’re seeking a Digital Producer to be accountable for bringing the C&T digital product vision to life by developing content solutions that will create a world class digital experience for our customers.

You’ll join an innovative team, who exceed our customers’ expectations and deliver business value.

As our Digital Producer, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

This is a 10-month contract role, based in Melbourne.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Support the development of a content engagement process, commencing from ideation, solutioning through till delivery
- Work closely with designers, user experience, developers and content specialists, as required, to produce beautiful, simple, accessible and usable digital products and content to support the Transurban digital strategy
- Project-manage delivery of small to medium scale content initiatives, from ideation through till delivery
- Provide clear guidance on content development taking into account key considerations re SEO, consistency in language across the end to end experience ensuring alignment with best practice principles

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

- Strong experience working with a range of web Content Management Systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience in researching and analysing market and user trends and making strategic recommendations, coupled with demonstrated sound problem solving skills
- Ability to challenge thinking and innovate
