**About our Opportunity**

We're looking for a sales hunter to join Stegbar Lansvale to prospect new customers in North West Sydney region to develop new business opportunities through builder leads and your own prospecting channels. The role will predominantly be on road as you strategically canvas new business opportunities targeting new customers for our made to order Window products supported by a technical and estimating team. You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to the sustainable profitable growth.

In addition, you’ll:

- strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
- provide technical and design consultation to customers to gain specifications
- interpret technical design plans
- Undertake plan take-offs
- preparing selling activity reports

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced sales hunter within the building industry ideally with window sales or similar building product. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results focused sales professional with a strong service ethos.

You also need:

- experience in similar channels working with architects and builders and knowledge of building process
- ability to manage work independently
- strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
- ability to understand the technical product, building codes, regulations, including Australian Standards
- ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
