Trainer - Lifeline

**About the Role**

The **Lifeline Trainer **will deliver a variety of high quality, internal and external training programs and work as part of a team to continuously improve training deliverables and learning outcomes.

This is an exciting time for our Lifeline Adelaide service and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing support to people in crisis. This role is responsible for:

- Deliver a range of training including fee for service training for other NGO’s, government and corporate agencies and DV Alert training
- Provide feedback on each training workshop to the training coordinator following a joint reflection with co
- trainer.
- Ensure all training is of a consistently high quality and meets all relevant training standards
- Participate in Lifeline Australia meetings and development activities as required
- Ensure the development and maintenance of professional skills and expertise in all relevant areas. Contribute to Registered Training Organisation and Lifeline Australia Audits as required

**About You**
- Hold a relevant degree and demonstrated experience or hold a statement of attainment for Lifeline Volunteer Training
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE)
- Professional experience in suicide prevention
- Experience in delivering training
