**Crystal Blue Yacht Charters have an exciting opportunity available for a Stew to join our team on a Casual basis.**

The YOT Group is Australia's leading luxury yacht charter company, comprising a fleet of luxury motor yachts. The YOT Group redefines how we entertain guests with a new level of hospitality services creating truly unique and memorable experiences on the water.

Included in our fleet is the world-famous brand YOT Club. Custom designed and built from the water up, the YOT Club is the world’s first super yacht entertainment venue. We also have YOT Blue which is 80ft of pure super yacht luxury with a truly versatile layout. YOT 75 which is the pinnacle of yacht entertainment. Plus, YOT VICE which is our newest luxury yacht based in Brisbane This boat is licensed for 76 guests across 2 luxurious levels with 1 full
- service cocktail bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Set up the charter prior to bringing guests onboard.
- Assisting with meal service, including taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in common areas, cabins, and facilities.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assisting with safety procedures and emergency situations.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid QLD RSA.
- Flexibility to work over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays
- Have a passion for making a positive impact on a large scale, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
- Have a can - do, open minded approach to hospitality and what it can be - Sky's the limit
- Procedures and policies are respected and followed.
- High proficiency in the English language and communication
