**Position: Housekeeping Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our team delivers impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service to our guests. You'll lead by example, guiding our housekeeping staff towards excellence while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide ongoing guidance and training to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and productivity in line with company policies to elevate guest satisfaction.
- Effectively manage room assignments to maintain an equitable workload distribution among team members.
- Monitor safety protocols, and conduct regular room inspections to uphold quality assurance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in housekeeping with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, coupled with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and keep operations running smoothly.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance.
- Willingness to both lead and work alongside the team to ensure their success.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and access to reliable transportation. Most of the work will be Mon-Fri, 8-2pm. Some weekends on rotation.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms in accordance with the esteemed standards of the Blue C brand.

- Key Responsibilities:_
- **Thorough Cleaning**: Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in all areas of guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces, with the goal of creating an exceptional first impression for guests.
- **Adherence to Standards**:Adhere diligently to established guidelines and standards to consistently achieve the impeccable cleanliness and quality we prioritize.
- **Trolley Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-stocked and equipped for efficient service delivery.
- **Safe Cleaning Practices**: Handle cleaning materials with care and strictly adhere to safety protocols to create a secure environment for both guests and staff.
- **Guest Privacy and Security**: Respect guest privacy and security at all times, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring their comfort and peace of mind during their stay.
- **Maintenance Reporting**: Promptly report any maintenance issues or concerns, showcasing your dedication to providing guests with a flawless experience and contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.73 - $58.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
