**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is eager to be part of an amazing culture and support AnglicareSA’s IT infrastructure as well as several IT projects that drive business improvement. Playing a crucial role in providing IT support for the business, you will assist AnglicareSA staff with all IT support issues and use your excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high quality service outcomes to our internal stakeholders at all times.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Complete maintenance of AnglicareSA’s IT Infrastructure to support the delivery of high quality services.
- Work in a fast paced IT team providing technical support to over 2,000 staff and 300 volunteers a
- Get out to various AnglicareSA sites across Adelaide and work with a range of business areas to resolve hardware and networking issues
- Manage and maintain AnglicareSA's IT infrastructure
- Play a part in major infrastructure projects

**What do you need to bring?**:

- 3 years minimum experience working in a Level 2 or 3 IT technician helpdesk or similar role (essential).
- Full Australian drivers’ licence and ability to travel to multiple sites (essential).
- Ability to work outside of business hours as required to support urgent and business critical IT support (essential).
- Excellent customer service skills with a responsive approach to managing enquiries and issues (essential).
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative, as well as within a team environment (essential).
- Experience with Azure environments, Enterprise Server, and understanding of Cyber Security Framework (essential).
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (desirable).
- Knowledge and experience with firewall and AWS technology (desirable).
