**Job Title**:Window Fitter

**Location**: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

As an Auto Glazier, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing windscreen repair requirements, addressing customer complaints, and delivering high-quality workmanship. Your responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosing windscreen repair requirements
- Addressing customer complaints and warranty issues
- Cutting and processing flat laminated glass
- Storing and handling glass safely
- Communicating effectively with customers and taking job orders
- Ensuring safe working practices in accordance with OH&S procedures
- Using and maintaining company-provided tools and equipment
- Handling customer payments
- Participating in regular staff meetings
- Maintaining effective communication with customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in window fitting
- Certificate in auto glazing or similar
