The Subaru Melbourne Group incorporates the nine Subaru sales and service centres in metropolitan Melbourne. Our network of premium dealers and experience stores showcase the latest range of new and used Subaru vehicles in Victoria.

Our **Subaru **service centre based at Doncaster is seeking a **Service Advisor** who will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability through providing quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

**Duties include**:

- Review completed repair order
- Process customer payments
- Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
- Generate and monitor the daily run sheets
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
- Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
- Coordinate service bookings
- Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all times
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a Service Advisor role
- Highly developed customer service skills including ability to confidently resolve conflict
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism
- Current Driver's licence and clean driving record
