A part of the Revenue Cycle Management program, Healthscope HIMs and clinical coders are well supported by a network of experienced mentors, a strong focus on Clinical Documentation Improvement and education and a desire to be the best place to work

**Essential Criteria for this position**:

- Bachelor of Health Information Management (or equivalent) or HIMAA Certification in Clinical Coding (or equivalent).
- Sound understanding of Codefinder & Turbocoder or a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills in planning and managing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Currently residing in Australia.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Sound Knowledge of private sector funding models
- Proven recent experience in clinical coding using ICD-10-AM for a minimum of 2 years.
- Demonstrated understanding of WebPAS Patient Administration System
