**About you**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience in loan processing or a similar role, preferably 2+ years within mortgage broking.
- Thorough knowledge of loan products, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent written, communication and telephone skills are essential.
- A detail-focused approach, commitment to accuracy and problem solving.
- Capable of performing well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
- A Certificate IV & Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking is desirable.
- Experience with ApplyOnline, MyCRM, and FileInvite will be highly regarded.
- Experience with property investors & self-employed financials will be highly regarded.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Completion of servicing calculations and validating supporting documents.
- Rigorously check financial documents for precision and regulatory adherence.
- Work closely & liaise with clients, lenders, and our internal team to facilitate a seamless and prompt loan approval journey.
- Liaise with third parties, such as solicitors, accountants, conveyancers.
- Assisting the broker with existing clients' home loan reviews.
- Stay updated on industry rules and best practices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address general client queries.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
