**About you**:

- An experienced Leader or previous management experience.
- Fast pace casual dining or similar is preferred, but not essential_
- Passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A people-focused leader, who loves to encourage and develop Team Members
- Passion for running a fully function resturaunt
- Deliver high quality food and ensuring all team adher to great customer service
- Someone who leads by example and embodies strong core values in their day-to-day life.
- Someone who is hungry to learn and develop
- Ability to and comfortable with performing in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Confidence to think outside the box to problem-solve and find timely solutions to help deliver results.
