**Casual Position, Commencing Immediately**

**About Us**
Activate Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates is a well-established and progressive practice known for delivering excellent patient outcomes in a collaborative medical environment.

We have a loyal patient base and are a team of equal individuals each responsible for their own success. Working in an historic art deco building alongside local GP’s and allied health services in Claremont, our clinic is spacious with high ceilings, large private treatment rooms and a well equipped pilates / rehab gym. We are currently seeking an outstanding customer service and detail focused individual to join our front desk reception team on a casual roster basis, working a minimum of 2 shifts per week (approx. 10-12 hrs), plus additional shifts as required.

**The Role**
- **Duties include but are not limited to**:_
- Room preparation for therapists
- Room and practice clean following therapy sessions
- Scheduling appointments in an effective manner and excellent diary management
- Processing payments (Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Invoicing)
- Demonstrating an honest, empathetic, and caring approach to patients and their families at all times
- Flexibility to work on a changing roster and cover ad-hoc shifts Monday-Saturday as required

**About you**

The successful applicant must be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be a great team player.
- Customer service experience is essential. Experience in allied health / medical reception would be desirable
- A mature and proactive approach to work, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence and the ability to engage with a variety of ages (including children)
- The ability to multitask and complete varying duties throughout the day
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience using Nookal will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience with the following payment methods would also be advantageous: Medicare, DVA, Workcover, and HICAPS
- Proficiency in the use of Google Drive/Docs and the Microsoft suite of office products
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Flexible working availability

**Remuneration**

Physiotherapy businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.

Pay: From $31.08 per hour
