We are looking for a **retail star** to join our **Brunswick **store. This is a permanent casual/part time role, and we are seeking a friendly team player able to multi-task with a positive attitude to take on anything and everything This is a small, friendly team environment that offers great stability. A passion for food, health, nutrition, and cookery will be highly regarded.

You will work in an exciting foodie retail environment with a dynamic energetic team. At Royal Nut Company your taste buds will be tested every day, exposing you to try, discover and appreciate the best and freshest produce.

**This role will include: -**
- Customer service/ sales
- Educating and providing outstanding customer service
- Providing sales advice and product information to customers.
- Opening store and end of day
- Cash up/ end of day balancing tills
- Meeting sales targets
- Daily stock management and restocking product on the shelf.
- Managing the day to day running of the Royal Nut Company Brunswick Retail Store & maintaining store efficiency
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries and issues including wholesale.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
- Online orders pick and pack occasionally.
- Preparing promotional materials and displays

**Skills and Experience**
- Customer service in the food retail/hospitality industry ideally.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills and ability to promote products.
- Excellent ability to understand and adapt to market food trends.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent team player and able to work well in small busy retail environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, honest, bubbly and friendly.
- Professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethic and ability to take an initiative.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and the company's ERP system.

**Availability: Casual/ Part-time, 3-4 days a week, alternate Saturday/Sunday monthly roster.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brunswick, VIC 3056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
