**Position overview**
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Australian National University, working within the Remuneration and Conditions Branch of the Division of Shared Services. Reporting to and working closely with the Team Leader, Remuneration and Conditions, this position will provide oversight of components of the Remuneration and Conditions team.
Sitting within the Shared Services Division, the Payroll team are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day processing of payroll, superannuation and taxation matters for all staff at the Australian National University. The team work collaboratively with staff across the Division, College based HR personnel and directly with employees of the University.
- The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated team within the wider Remuneration and Conditions team; provide high quality services and advice on payroll, superannuation and taxation; ensuring the fortnightly payroll cycle is completed to a high standard; expected to build and maintain respectful working relationships with staff within the Shared Services Division and across the University, and in particular, must work closely with staff in the Recruitment, Provisioning and HR Systems Teams.
