The Network Planning Analysis role will assist the Head of Property to build the 2024 budget and assist in implementation the Goodstart Network Planning Strategy. The Network Planning Analysis role will work collaboratively to support our internal Network Planning stakeholders including the Senior Network Planning Manager, Transactions, Development, PMO, Property Management and Facilities teams.

**Your Impact**:
Report directly into the Head of Property and will provide financial and network planning support including acquisitions, divestments, lease renewals and capital investment prioritisation.
Provide analysis and modelling to support investment decisions and network prioritisation including detailed financial analysis, support in budget build, modelling and associated presentations
Develop, maintain & improve due diligence and other activities regarding network expansion, divestments, business acquisitions and development.
Produce maps and analysis using Geospatial software as required (some GIS experience preferred but not essential).
Maintain & improve reporting methodologies to accurately track network activities including new centre investments, refurbishments, expansions, lease renewals and maintenance expenditure against agreed plans.
Foster and sustain effective relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to support continued market and best practice knowledge.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within property/ finance/analytics
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Property/Accounting/Economics/equivalent
Have outstanding Microsoft Excel skills to include building budgets, financial modelling and creating detailed presentations including cost walks and graphs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
