**PRIMARY PURPOSE**

This position is responsible for the timely dispatch, logístical support and coordination of healthcare workers.

**JOB CONTEXT**

Managing logistics from rostering to dispatching a mobile workforce of healthcare professionals to deliver home care services. Utilize inhouse technology to provide monitoring, management, and control of rosters to maximise timely delivery of care for all booking requests.

Ideally, we are seeking someone with:

- Demonstrated experience with workforce scheduling

**ABOUT YOU**

Good general knowledge of IT - Microsoft products
- Good planning with problem solving skills.
- Good organization skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- The capacity to meet strict deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Previous experience in dispatch role or scheduling role highly regarded

**SCHEDULE**

Depending on the level of commitment (i.e. full time or part time), this position will be working on a rotating roster across day, afternoon, evening, weekend and public holidays (no overnight).

**Doctors operating hours: -**

Monday to Friday - 1800 to 0800

Saturday - 1200 midday to 0800

Sunday - 24 hours

Public Holidays - 24 hours

**Administration team hours: -**

Monday to Friday - 0800 to 1800
