We are actively seeking experienced **In Home Disability Support Workers** for our clients in the Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas.

**Key requirements**:

- **Availability to work AM and PM Mon-Sun**:

- **Availability to work short and long shifts with the option to have ongoing shifts weekly**:

- Experience working with clients in the community required
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
- **In-Home Support**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
- Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
- Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screen
