**About the Role**:
As the Risk and Governance Officer you will oversee business engagement processes, planning and reporting, and assist with risk management, portfolio management and linkages with Information Communications and Technology Services (ICTS) operations.
This role reports to the Manager, Engagement and has no direct reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate ICTS risk management processes, governance and reporting across ICTS to inform decision making.
- Assist with preparing and analysing reports, submissions and briefings.
- Support business engagement activities, including identifying business problems, ICT risks and opportunities.
- Assist with identifying business requirements and developing project briefs and contribute to ICTS stakeholder management services and activities.
- Maintain digital business plans to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved for the business in ICT projects and programs.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of methodologies, processes and practices for maintaining data and producing reports.

**About the Team**:
Information Communication and Technology Services (ICTS) is a business unit within the Business and Corporate Services directorate.
Business and Corporate Services delivers key corporate activities and functions in support of the departmental operations.
ICTS provides information and communication technology services, advice and support to OIR.
