**Ovolo Nishi** sits in the middle of New Acton arts and cultural district - an innovative precinct that has made Canberra famous for design and originality. **The Gig**

As our Night Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of operations of the Front Office and Hotel Operations on a nightly basis. You will be the hotel's point of contact for all guests during the night, in order to assist them with any enquiries that may arise. You will also be leading the hotel in the absence of all senior management. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Proficiently operate Front Desk and other areas of the hotel overnight
- Checking and preparing of reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and procedures
- Incorporate safety and security of the buildings and all staff and guests
- Completing all end of day activities, night audit back up, rolling of the day and audit reporting in a timely manner
- Attend to any emergency situations
- Attend to all late check-ins/early check outs

**About you**

We provide a fun and exciting environment and all we ask is that you give us your dedication to our brand and most importantly, your team To be successful in this role, you will have previous in a Night Manager or Night Audit role. You might also have several years of front office operations at supervisory or duty manager role and want to take the next step in your career. You will bring your optimistic and leadership orientated mindset to the team. You will be good at multi-tasking, as well as a fast thinker. You must have a current police check or willing to obtain one if successful for the role.
