Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world.

**The role**

**Key deliverables include**:- Providing support throughout the interview process including drafting and updating interview manuals and assisting with coaching managers on best interview practices.- Assisting managers to understand the recruitment process and providing support and accurate information in relation to recruitment queries.- Utilising SuccessFactors reporting functionality to assist with recruitment activity reporting and analytics.-
- Assisting with the coordination of CBH attendance at various events, such as career fairs and university open days.- Assisting with the coordination of the CBH intern program.- Supporting the annual harvest recruitment process.- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.- Understanding of best practice recruitment processes.- High level of competence with the Microsoft suite.- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work autonomously.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to build and foster working relationships.-
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
