At this time, we are looking for a Dedicated Store Person to join our team. This role requires previous experience, attention to detail and a keen eye for improvement to succeed and represents an exciting opportunity for the right person.

**Responsibilities**
- Mastermind Goods Receiving & Dispatch operations.
- Develop and Review work procedures and policies for operational efficiency.
- Implement the policy changes to achieve the financial and operation objectives.
- Maintain goods in their correct locations and in proper storage.
- Perform Accurate Stock Takes.
- Keep the warehouse spick and span.
- Manage and lead the handling of Warranty/Faulty and Quarantined items.
- Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock.
- Generating detailed reports for Service Manager(s), Project Manager(s) Administration Coordinator(s) and Director.
- Picking and delivering of goods, preparing items for freight.
- Organizing and delivering goods from the store to the Service Team on regular basis and fulfilling the restocking of motor vehicle stock.
- Checking invoices of Dispatching Items and keeping records accurate.

**Your Daily Tasks**

**Receiving**:

- Swiftly mark off and allocate goods.
- Count and record goods pronto.
- Give top priority to customer backorders.
- Label all parts before they hit the shelves.
- Keep the stock in a dance with the oldest up front.
- Tuck smaller bulk boxes overhead with clear labelling and ensure heavy items are kept low in support of WHS.

**Dispatching Orders**:

- Be the speedster, ensuring same-day dispatch whenever possible.
- Utilize Picking Slips and Delivery Dockets, to pick and package items ready for dispatch.
- Scheduling and Arranging Freight of Items.
- Make sure all dispatched goods are Invoiced, double-checked and signed off.
- Be the communicator-in-chief with all Departments in relation to stock movement.
- Communicate any hiccups or backorders to the Relevant Team.

**Back Orders**:

- Be the backorder maestro Get those ready for dispatch, invoice, and out the door.
- Keep tabs on incomplete or waiting-for-stock back orders.

**Stock Control**:

- Stay in sync with the Purchasing Manager when stock discrepancies appear.
- Generate weekly stock reports to purchasing manager.
- Keep the inventory shipshape with a quarterly stock take reporting directly to purchasing and service manager(s).

**Warehouse Cleanliness**:

- The warehouse is your domain. Keep it clean and organized.
- Flatten and recycle empty stock boxes.
- End the week right: sweep the floors and empty those bins on Friday afternoons.

**Warranties**:

- Keep the peace with warranty, faulty, and quarantined items. You've got this
- Ensure warranty items are returned from the field for follow up, these will be reviewed by the Service Manager before warranty action is taken with supplier.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 6 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
