**Property Sales Strategist**

We are excited to present an incredible opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and passionate property investment strategist to become a part of our vibrant team.

**Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include**:

- Follow up on leads generated from our marketing and educational initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with current clients and referral partners.
- Provide comprehensive and well-researched insights tailored to meet the specific investment needs of your clients.
- Implement effective property investment strategies that help clients achieve their long term wealth building objectives.
- Offer support to clients throughout the entire investment journey, from acquisition to settlement and beyond.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the property market.

- A strong interest in property and a desire to elevate your career.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven skills in decision making and problem solving.
- Self driven with excellent time management capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin or Vietnamese is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
