Protective Concierge

**About the role**:
We are seeking a fulltime Protective Concierge (Security Officer) to join our team. You are a technology focused persons who has excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
As Protective Concierge, you will interact with the client, scholars, students, and members of the public in a highly visible role providing professional information services whilst ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. As the primary liaison point, the Protective Concierge will be responsible for accurate and timely response to all enquiries and developing operational efficiencies to improve performance. Function room set-up, emergency management assistance, facility bookings, general administrative responsibilities, will combine to underpin a diverse service standard presented by you daily.
- Delivering excellent service performance standards whilst developing. operational efficiencies and improve performance
- Responding to workplace emergencies
- Site safety inspections and protecting users from security related risks
- Manage incidents to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Reduce risk and increase safety
- Responding to alarm activations
- Managing access control systems
- Maintaining data and security records including communication logs and comprehensive reports

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence (Heavy Rigid licence highly regarded)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Fire Warden (or willing to attain)
- Working with Children's Check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality
