**Who we're looking for**:
We are seeking a dynamic & experienced
**Digital Acquisition/Ops Marketing Manager** who has a proven track record for managing complex operations & executing digital ad campaigns. As a client-facing role, you will be advocating for internal client needs & keeping them updated w/ actionable insights about campaign performance. You will also help define strategy for digital acquisition & drive cross-team execution of successful digital campaigns on behalf of stakeholders.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Assist in developing integrated digital media strategies
- Help prepare & deliver media activation presentations & end-of-campaign reports
- Create & manage digital campaign budgets w/ third-party vendors
- Obtain all assets, creatives & required tracking needed to launch campaign
- Work w/ internal client stakeholders & AdOps on digital media plans, campaign optimizations & delivering fully integrated campaigns
- Track & analyze digital campaign performance according to relevant goals & metrics
- Help to identify target audiences & understand their behavior & habits
- Help to determine the best media mix for campaigns
- Follow digital media trends (programmatic, social, search, content syndication, etc.)

**Qualifications**:
**Skills you'll need to be successful in this role**:

- 4+ years of **Digital Marketing/Program management and/or Digital Operations experience**:

- Experience w/ executing digital ad campaigns & running operationally large-scale programs & managing complex relationships
- Proven track record of meeting campaign goals, achieving excellent client satisfaction & developing operational workflows
- Expertise in **at least 2** **areas** in the digital advertising landscape (primarily **display programmatic, paid social ads, SEM, content syndication, analytics & attribution**)
- Familiarity with the following **T**ools**:Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tableau** or similar Ad tech/BI tools is a plus
- Familiarity w/ business analytics, data-driven insights & reporting
