Located in our in **Central Melbourne **team, we welcome an experienced **Client Services Liaison** (Resident Liaison) to be based at our **Clifton Views** Home in **Fitzroy North.**
- Located in the heart of _**_Fitzroy North_**_, Clifton Views is Melbourne’s first high-rise residential aged care Home. This iconic _**_123 bed_**_ Home is the first of its kind, offering sophisticated accommodation options and sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline. _
- Clifton Views is minutes from public transport and the Eastern Freeway._
As the **Client Services Liaison**, you will will utilise your aged care experience and networks to drive occupancy by sourcing and converting leads from referral sources.
You will provide an exceptional level of customer service to prospective residents and their families by conducting professional tours and financial discussions that instil confidence in TLC Aged Care.
**To be successful in this role you will**
- have deep connections within the North Eastern healthcare, home care and community sector
- demonstrate an ability to generate a pipeline of prospective clients
- drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or referring to other TLC Homes
- be motivated build on your existing networks and maintaining beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual success

**What you’ll need**
- Experience with Aged Care funding and the AN-ACC model
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
