**You'll be responsible for**

The primary purpose of the Enterprise PMO Analyst (EPMO) is to provide support for the ongoing success of the AAL Project governance and delivery framework, designed to enable the alignment of programs/projects to Strategic investment priorities, and the delivery of the outcomes to execute the strategy, as part of an enterprise PMO. This role is focused on ensuring our data is managed effectively as well as leading our ongoing reporting capability.
- Provide support throughout the lifecycle of projects/programs in adhering to the governance framework and supporting the operational activities required to implement the framework.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a pipeline of initiatives and roadmap to support the achievement of S2020.
- Complete CPMO operational activities including preparation of governance materials, financial analysis and portfolio reports to support various governance forums and other tasks to support the governance framework.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the governance model and seek to identify opportunities to enhance the model and deliver efficiencies for all participants.
- Maintain and develop the CPMO intranet and wiki sites to provide an effective and customer friendly repository of information, tools and templates.
- Support the tracking of the programs and projects running across the organisation at a portfolio level and assist in producing reporting for senior management and Group.
- Effective interaction and co-operation between program offices. Ensure appropriate level of communication to each stakeholder group.
- Assist with the maintenance, development and management of tools utilised within the CPMO to manage the governance framework, e.g. TM1, EPM.

**About you**
- Experience in a project environment within a complex corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience working as a PMO or Data Analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.

- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
