We are seeking an innovative Science Head Teacher to lead our Science Faculty. This is a temporary full time position commencing Term 1, 2025, through to the end of Term 4, 2025.

The successful applicant will have a passion and enthusiasm for developing, and effectively engaging with students in Science. Applicants should demonstrate exemplary teaching and proven ability to lead their team in the analysis of data and implement evidence-based pedagogical practice to improve student outcomes.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum and assessment and experience in leading curriculum development
- Demonstrate successful teaching experiences and the capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
- Be a strong administrator and skilled in the planning and management of faculty resources
- Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with students, parents, and staff
