**Your opportunity**

The parking experience serves as the first and last impression for many of our customers and retailers visiting our Westfield Living Centres. Therefore, the role of **Car Park Supervisor** is vital to our overall success.

This full-time position is based at **Westfield Doncaster**. As the Car Park Supervisor, you will report to the Services Manager and play a crucial role in providing hands-on leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of the physical environment, people, processes, and commercial and technical aspects related to the car park operations.

This role will be Mon-Fri with 1 late night and one weekend day shift per month.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- To lead, coach and develop the parking team to deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to improve the parking experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure processes and SOP ‘s is being carried out daily and maintain a sense of overall operational awareness amongst the team.
- Dive into the data to extract trends and insights that unlock future opportunities and improvements.
- Partner with the relevant teams to ensure a safety standard within the car park are maintained.
- Engage with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety including review and update WH&S documentation including WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.
- Develop and deliver reporting against budget and key KPI’s.
- Producing innovative ideas to improve the customer experience.
