**_We have part time opportunities available within our Brisbane City team. _**_These are 25hrs a week positions / 5hrs a day Monday to Friday. _**

Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for one of the following rosters before applying:

- Morning shift: Monday to Friday 9:30 - 2:30pm; OR
- Afternoon Shift: 11 - 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and 12 - 5pm Thursday

Please note: The successful applicant will join our relief team and support the Arana Hills, Brookside, Stafford, Ashgrove, Hamilton, Paddington, West End, 240 Queen St, King George Square, 66 Eagle St and Fortitude Valley Branches. Travel will be required for this role.

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through video conferencing and online together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.

**More specifically you will**:

- Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
- Work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs; identify any changes and reviewing customers’ financial position
- Use tools to capture customer feedback, and take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
