Positive Sullutions is looking for a passionate administration assistant and intake worker to work with our families and clients in a welcoming and lively Psychology clinic in Lalor. We have a part-time position available that allow for flexible work arrangements. Our focus is to help children, young people, and adults grow their potential. Our goal is to help guide individuals and families to overcome barriers and build their capacity. The successful applicants role will be to facilitate access to the services by managing intake and appointment bookings, complete service agreements and billing and liaise with clinicians, families and networks.

**Key Selection criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
- Current NDIS worker check (or willing to obtain one)
- Completed NDIS worker orientation module

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated excellent administration skills with ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and maintain a customer service focus
- Relevant qualifications or experience in administration or business (experience working in a medical or allied health practice is preferred)
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding client, referrer and provider details.
- Proficient in using common software e.g. Microsoft Office including outlook, word and excel
- Experience in using Annature, Xero and Halaxy will be highly regarded
- Experience in counselling, intake, children and families or work with vulnerable populations (particularly disability) also highly regarded
- Experience in NDIS and medicare billing highly regarded.
- those working towards a career as a psychologist (particularly in the field of child development) are strongly encouraged to apply**.**

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in partnering with children, parents and networks.
- Comfortable navigating conflict or challenging conversations
- Work well in a small team environment and autonomously
- impeccable organisation, problem solving and time management skills
- Knowledge/experience of NDIS billing and requirements (desirable).
