Our roots are in the provision of Quality Management Services for complex heavy equipment manufactured in China. We have since diversified the range of services we offer, the industries in which we operate, and the regions where we are located. From Business Case development, Sourcing and Specifying, Project Management and Implementation through to final Disposal, MADE is with you every step of the way.

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
Are you passionate about shaping the strategic direction of companies and driving innovative solutions? Due to growth within our independent quality management consulting company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Quality Management Consultant, to join our team on full time basis in ourSydney office.

As Quality Management Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our company's client-facing team, responsible for contributing to our clients' success by developing, implementing, and improving strategic and quality management consulting service offerings, while at the same time, building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your role will be to understand their needs, and act as a liaison between the client and our internal teams. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, establishing the MadePartners brand, and identifying opportunities for the client’s long-term growth.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**General**
- Develop and implement tailored business transformation strategies to address the specific needs and goals of various clients and projects.
- Analyze current business processes, methods and systems and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management to bring innovative solutions to the organisation.
- Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.

**Client-based**
- Build an understanding of client's relevant business processes / methodologies, evolving requirements, concerns, and feedback.
- Investigate client’s systems, processes and methods to suggest, and assist in the implementation of improvements.Identify business opportunities to improve efficiency of client projects and operations.
- Prepare proposals with recommendations on the work necessary to revise and implement methods and procedures to increase the client’s efficiency and profitability.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in quality management and business transformation, helping the client to be more efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality management practices into all business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies by regularly seeking client feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on quality management principles, implementation and practices.
- Attend client and supplier meetings as required.

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of business management or consulting experience in a reputable company with a proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in the specific role or position.
- Account management experience and proven record of building client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage client expectations.
- Deep expertise in key industries, such as manufacturing, rail, resources, infrastructure, procurement, quality and logistics.
- Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships, and create a true followership.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Organized and structured in written and oral communications with an ability to level the communications appropriately for the target audience (from internal team communications to C-level client presentations).
- Well-versed in business case development frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management practices and processes such as ISO9001.
- Sound knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies such as PMBoK or Prince.
