**About The Project**

Growthbuilt is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to lead the construction of ETHOS, Chatswood's first luxury residential and mixed-use development in almost four years. Exclusively centered within the heart of Chatswood and valued at $60 million, Ethos is a rare collection of ultra-luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences and penthouses enriched by remarkable vistas and experiences including wellness facilities, boutique retail and a sky lounge.

**About Your Role**

Our Senior Site Manager is someone that will be directly involved in supporting you. They are not someone that barks orders from a seat, instead they will be someone that brings you along and shows you around site.

Currently the team onsite have completed piling and have started bulk excavation for this project. As we move from excavating, structuring to finishing stages, our Chatswood Ethos Project calls for a foreman that is adaptable and able to adjust as the project progresses. Through this role, you will be exposed to the end-to-end process of this project. The types of experiences you will gain will make this role perfect for someone that wants to take their career to the next level towards becoming a General Foreman.

But above all else, we are looking for someone that is a true team player and can get along well with others. Our current team is made up of people that want to work productively together but also enjoys each other’s company. The Senior Site Manager can be caught calling them “the dream team”.

**Here’s what your day to day might look like**:

- Driving the construction program to achieve progress and project delivery schedules through owning your role as a Foreman.
- Co-ordinating and implementing all day-to-day activities such as creating fortnightly and monthly project forecasts.
- Managing subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers on-site.
- Making decisions and solving problems that arise on site.
- Managing and coordinating materials, plant and equipment.
- Conducting Site Inductions for staff and Subcontractors.
- Conducting Toolbox Talks.

**About You**

You will be right for this role if you have:

- Experience working on Tier 2-3 residential projects worth 20-50 million.
- Five or more years of experience as a Foreman and/or Carpenter.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to adapt to project changes as it progresses.
- Read and Interpret Design Plans
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in building, construction or similar
- Strong understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation and requirements, and proven experience of effectively controlling site safety and environmental compliance.
- Experience creating fortnightly and monthly project forecasts.
