Childcare Authorised Supervisor

We are looking for an Authorised Supervisor/Centre Director with several years' experience, or an experienced Assistant Director looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be working closely with the owners and will be responsible for the day to day running and planning of the childcare centre.

As this is a brand new childcare centre you will be involved in the recruitment of your team.

You'll be responsible in all aspects of Centre management, including; Staff management and scheduling, financial and funding management, time on the floor, development and implementation of policies and procedures and experience in long term strategic planning and engagement with the broader community. Prior experience with these responsibilities are desired.

Skills and qualifications
- Diploma of Children's Services (a Bachelor of Early Childhood is highly desirable)
- Current first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications
- Child Protection, including WWC and Police criminal checks
- 2+ years as a Centre director or 3+ years as an assistant director
- Nominated supervisor certificate highly regarded
- Have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard & Framework
- Certified Supervisor (Certificate)

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
