Overview

Infrastructure Engineer position in Melbourne with on-site work (5 days per week). Experience in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL is required.

Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for software and hardware issues.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and team to enhance and secure IT environments.
  • Manage, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions using Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL.
  • Communicate with clients and project members; ensure clear documentation of processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL.
  • Ability to confidently use PowerShell for automation and integration.
  • Experience in project settings with strong communication skills (technical and non-technical).
  • Driver's License and accessible car.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client communications.
  • Experience working within ITIL change management.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and document processes for project members.
Location & Work Arrangement

Melbourne, Australia — On-site 5 days per week.
